Shipping
Delivery times will only apply when we have the requested products in stock. Remember that our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive at any time between 8am and 5pm. Standard delivery within 3 days for in stock items excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. To ensure delivery within 3 days, orders must be placed by 3pm. Shipping charges are calculated at the point of order and is dependent on the volumetric weight of the product purchased and the destination.
We are happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You have the option to tell us where you want to send the items when confirming your order on the order form. Scale-Hire deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact Troy on 076 926 2700 any time between 9am and 4pm. It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
• Customer name
• Order number
• Date of the order
Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 28 days of delivery (see our returns section below for further details on our returns policy).
Returns Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from us but if you need to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. If an item is being returned for credit/repair/replacement then you MUST first call and discuss the matter with Troy on 076 926 2700 before sending the Unit back.
Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in its original/saleable condition with its original packaging.
We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery – to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods returned to us in unsuitable packaging will not receive a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods being returned arrive back to us in a saleable condition. We will charge for any damaged sustained in transit or whilst in your possession. Please include your name, address and returns authorisation number with any goods returned.
